Chef plating gourmet dish with vegetables and garnish

Junior Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:
• Work a fast-paced grill and sauté station with consistency and attention to detail
• Break down meat and whole fish, and handle portioning for service
• Assist with ordering, inventory management, and maintaining stock levels
• Work the line during service with composure and teamwork
• Support the culinary team in maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene

Qualifications:
• Experience on the line in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with butchery and fish fabrication
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player
• Ability to take direction and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

Part Time Prep Cook

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily prep for a busy, high-standard kitchen
• Bread making – experience an asset
• Pastry and dessert prep – experience an asset
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all food safety procedures
• Support the kitchen team with general prep and production tasks

You would always start after lunch so there is a good work-life balance, working full time means 4 days per week for us.
